About Mass Casualty Tees

Mass Casualty Tees was created by healthcare professionals who’ve spent a lifetime on the front lines — and lived to laugh about it.

One of us is a nurse with 30 years of experience, most of that time in emergency medicine. The other is a paramedic with over 40 years in the field. Between us, we’ve seen long nights, short staffing, impossible situations, dark humor, and the kinds of moments only healthcare workers truly understand.

Mass Casualty Tees was born from that shared experience.

We design apparel for nurses, medics, EMS, techs, and healthcare workers who have seen some stuff — the people who cope with stress through humor, sarcasm, and a little edge. Our designs are inspired by real shifts, real calls, and real conversations from break rooms, ambulances, and trauma bays.

Every design is made by healthcare professionals, for healthcare professionals.

The Roaddocs Legacy

Long before Mass Casualty Tees, there was Roaddocs.

Roaddocs is a motorcycle club founded 15 years ago, built by and for those who live the life of service — medics, nurses, first responders, and frontline professionals who understand the road, the job, and the bond that comes with both. What started as a small group grew into a brotherhood defined by loyalty, resilience, dark humor, and respect for the work we do and the people who do it.

That same spirit lives inside Mass Casualty Tees — the grit, the camaraderie, and the unspoken understanding shared by those who’ve been there.

Giving Back

This brand is about more than humor — it’s also about purpose.

A portion of Mass Casualty Tees proceeds helps support PTSD awareness and first responder support efforts, because we know the weight this job can carry long after the shift ends. Supporting those who serve — on and off the job — will always be part of our mission.
